We built Foundry Three to bridge the gap between good ideas and good execution. Too often in property, marketing is fragmented; strategy in one place, creative in another, delivery handled elsewhere. We work differently, taking responsibility for the full picture so nothing is lost between thinking and doing.
Our role is to make marketing feel seamless, whether we’re supporting an in-house team or acting as the marketing team ourselves.

Meet the founders
Foundry Three was built to bring clarity to property marketing. With experience across both agency and client-side roles, we saw how fragmented the process had become — and built a partner that could connect strategy, creative and delivery in one place.

Chantze Baker
Chantze is a senior property marketing specialist with over 17 years’ experience across land development and home building. With a background in interior design, sales and senior marketing leadership, she brings a strong understanding of the property industry.
Her work for brands such as Metricon, Stockland, Henley Property Group, AVJennings, Landcom and WISDOM Property Group (among others) spans brand strategy and development, major project rollouts and multi-stage campaigns.
Joey Twynholm-Mason
Joey has over 14 years’ experience in agency roles across property, retail and FMCG. Her background spans client services, strategy and delivery, with senior leadership roles focused on growing and scaling agencies. She made the move from Bloom in the UK to Australia, where the business later merged with Frank digital & Jaywing AU — playing a key role in strengthening operations, refining delivery and building long-term client partnerships through that transition.
Today, her focus sits across operations, digital performance, and campaign execution. She has worked with brands including WISDOM Property Group, Investa, Asda, Anytime Fitness and PGH Bricks.
